Avrora Business Park
Avrora Business Park is one of the largest projects in centre Moscow. It is an up-to-date office complex, class A, of the total area of 150,000 square meters upon completion of Phase III. The complex is located in dynamic business district Paveletsky at the site of 2.8 hectares which was owned by Krasnokholmsky Worsted Plant.

Avrora Business Park is the first successful project under the city program of relocating industrial enterprises from the Moscow city center. The project includes three phased construction, with the first phase completed in 2003. Ernst & Young became its anchor tenant. The company occupies the space of 10,000 square meters.
